American
Crow, Corvus brachyrhynchos
![]() The familiar, noisy, intelligent American Crow is smaller and has a straighter and proportionally smaller bill than its close cousin, also found in the Bay Area, the Common Raven. They also differentiate themselves readily by their frequently given calls, "Caw!" for the crow and "Cro-ak!" for the raven. |
