Pine Grosbeak, Pinicula enucleator
This was only the third time I'd seen one of these elusive birds, which I'd pursued on
many expeditions to their montane habitat. The previous views had been very fleeting,
and this one finally allowed me my first photo of the species, even if far away, high up,
and obscured by twigs. I'll take it!
